How to play Block Blast

Block Blast is a relaxing block puzzle. You are given three pieces at a time. Drag each piece onto the 8×8 grid to place it. Whenever a row or a column is completely filled, it clears and you score points. New pieces appear only after all three have been placed.

Scoring

• You earn points for every cell you place.
• Clearing a line is worth a bonus, and clearing several lines at once is worth much more.
• Your best score is saved on this device.

How the game ends

The game is over when none of your three current pieces can fit anywhere on the grid. Plan ahead and keep space open so you always have room to place the next set of blocks.

A useful strategy

Try to keep the board as flat and empty as possible. Work large pieces in first, leave the edges clear for awkward shapes, and aim to clear a row and a column together for a combo bonus.
